Dr. Legler specializes in neuropsychological and psychological assessment. Her treatment approaches include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), parent management training, solution focused therapy, emotionally focused therapy for couples, and cognitive rehabilitation.
Crystal primarily works with teenagers and adults. Her therapeutic passion comes from a place of empathy, genuineness, understanding, experience, and acceptance. She believes in creating a place for everyone to face the challenges that may be affecting their life whether it be trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, depression, or health/mental health-related issues.
Kristen has over ten years of research and clinical experience in the field of psychology and mental health. She works with children, adolescents, and adults and employs an integrative approach tailored to the specific needs and concerns of her clients. Kristen strives to create a collaborative and empathic therapeutic relationship with each client on their path toward self-discovery.
McKenzie Smith is our treasured psychometrist. Driven by a desire to ensure people are heard in a time of need, she takes pride in providing the best care possible to patients undergoing testing. McKenzie earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida where she studied Sociology. McKenzie was raised in Fort Pierce, Florida and spends her spare time with creative writing, theatre and enjoys creating connections with patients throughout her day.
Meet Snook, our beloved therapy dog. Snook brings 5 years of therapy dog experience to the practice. He earned his therapy dog certificate in Florida and has been providing support to clients and staff alike since that time. In his spare time, Snook enjoys paddleboarding, kayaking, and boating.
